"At moments of great enthusiasm it seems to me that no one in the world has ever made something this beautiful and important"  M. C. Escher

This quote sums up what I try to instill in my students. When we create something with enthusiasm we feel it is beautiful and important. When we feel we are creating something important we develop self-worth and confidence. When we develop self-worth and confidence we create strong individuals that help contribute to a strong society.

Keeping enthusiasm alive is important in keeping creativity alive. By experimenting with many mediums and applications throughout the four years at Valley View, students have a chance to find a way to express their creativity in many different ways.

Drawing, Painting, Collage, Printmaking, Ceramics, Sculpture, Metal, Plaster, Mask Making are some of the mediums the students will utilize over the four years.
