It is the mission of the Affirmative Action Office to ensure that the Watchung Borough School District maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to non-discrimination and affirmative action for all staff and students.

Title IX
Federal regulations require that a school district post on the district’s website “All materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process.”
In compliance with the requirements of Title IX, 34 C.F.R. § 106.45 (b)(10), the Watchung Borough School District has provided required training to all Title IX personnel including the District’s Title IX Coordinator(s), Investigator(s), Decision-Maker(s), and Facilitator(s).
