Inspirational Women Essay Contest
Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women Presents:
Essay Topic: Please write an essay about a woman from New Jersey, outside of your own family life, who has had a positive impact on her community, state, or nation. In 500 words or less, explain what we can learn from her example. Essays must be the work of students only, with no assistance from artificial intelligence programs.

One winning essay will be chosen from each grade level. Winners will be notified on December 4th, and will be honored with a certificate at the County Commissioners Meeting on December 12, 2023.
Inspirational Women Essay Contest Submit by midnight on Wednesday, Nov 8, 2023
Winning entries will be posted on the Somerset County website, where it can be shared with friends, family, and the larger community.
