A dynamic force driving innovation and transformational change within the education landscape, Dr. Julie Glazer has over two decades of experience as a leader in education. Dr. Glazer has garnered recognition for her trailblazing efforts to bridge opportunity gaps and enhance student outcomes across diverse demographics. She also spent many years in the classroom and earned the designation of Nationally Board Certified Teacher, one of only three in the State of New Jersey to earn this distinction.
Messages from the Superintendent
As we begin our first full week of school I wanted to provide an update on our opening. It has been wonderful to see so many of you, and to have the staff and students back in the buildings.
On behalf of the Watchung Borough School District, welcome to the 2024/2025 school year! Beginning Monday, August 26, 2024 the school buildings will re-open for faculty and staff, and we are excited to welcome your children back to school on Thursday, August 29, 2024.
As we conclude this school year, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to each of you for your incredible support during my first year as superintendent.
